I had the pleasure of coming to this Institute when it was inaugurated five years ago I was impressed then by the buildings, the library and the conception behind its institution. Having now spent two very happy and interesting days here I am delighted to see that the Institute is progressing and expanding its activities. It is a well-run organisation and one of importance in the numismatic world.
